Function                         

AQUSOFT CS-30 conc is a highly effective wet waxing lubricant for knitting and weaving yarns. AQUSOFT CS-30 conc has designed for many good advantages during exhaustion method in cheese dyeing process.

Characteristics

  Component : water based special wax with emulsifier

  Density(at 25℃) :0.97 g/㎤

  Solid content(%) : 36 ± 1

  Appearance : Milky white liquid

  Ionic nature : Weak cationic

  pH(10%) : 4 – 5

  Solubility : Can be easily diluted with cold water

Special properties

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc has not occur the bleeding state in stripe color.

  Because the particle size is very small and uniform, AQUSOFT CS-30 conc has uniform between external and internal part in cheese cone when lubricant processing.

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc ensures highly effective workability in rewinding and sew-ability due to lubricant property.

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc have good lubricant and smoothing properties.

   AQUSOFT CS-30 conc does not fall down the shape of cone when rewinding.

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc does not cut a yarn by tension when rewinding.

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc has good compatibility with fixing agent and optical brightening dyestuff.

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc has no trouble as like Whitening on yarn.

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc can use on white color yarn due to no yellowing.

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc has good antistatic. So it does not happen a cutting or pilling yarn.

  AQUSOFT CS-30 conc can also use softening agent after napping.

Application

 It is depending on kind of yarn and treatment condition, but we recommend as below;

   Knit : 0.6∼0.8 % (o.w.f)

Pile for socks : 0.7~1 % (o.w.f)

  Temperature x Time : 50℃ x 15 ∼ 20 min

  Dry temperature : 90 ∼ 130℃

Use with fixing agent of reactive dyestuff

• For dyed yarn
• Softening agent : 0.6 ∼ 0.8% (o.w.f)
• Fixing agent : 1 ∼ 3% (o.w.f)

     2. Removal of treated chemical on yarn or smoothing effect

• Acid control : pH 4±0.5 by CH₃ COOH
• AQUPOL SG-40 : 3% (o.w.f)
• AQUPOL P-60 : 1% (o.w.f)
• Temperature x Time : Boiling x 30 min

• AQUSOFT CS-30 conc: 0.7% o.w.f
• Yarn : Cotton 30‘S/single, Cotton 60’S/2 twisted
• Temperature x Time : 50℃ x 30 min

(in → out : 4 min, out → in : 6 min, 3 times)

• Dry temperature x Time : 120℃ x 45 min

Caution and storage

1. It thoroughly needs to pre-test about compatibility with other auxiliaries BEFORE USE.

Generally, this product is good with Nonionic and Cationic auxiliaries.

2. Close the lid after use and keep in cool warehouse.
